Happy Birthday!

In my family we have 3 birthdays in 3 days. Orrin has his birthday on Christmas day. Molly has her birthday on the 26th. My sister Amber has her birthday on the 27th. We work hard to make them their own day. Molly turned 4! I can't believe how big she is getting. She is my talker, my messy child and my all around most thoughtful child. I love you Miss Molly! You are such a joy and a light in our family!

Christmas!

My Dad has a jar of suckers on the counter and it is always his thing that the kids have to give him a kiss for a sucker. He always has suckers for his grandkids. So we gave my dad a years supply of suckers for Christmas. He is really into food storage and it was the perfect gift for him. He loved it and was even talking about how he might still need some more.

Christmas Eve

For Christmas this year we went to my parents house. We had such a good time. We had a really big crowd for Christmas eve. We spent the evening eating fantastic food and playing great games. We started off with a left/right game and then we played a bunch of Minute To Win It games. We had a fantastic time. The kids also all got to open a present from Grandma and Grandpa. It was such a great night and the kids were so tired, so they went right to sleep dreaming of santa and candy.

The Nutcracker

Molly's dance company put on the Nutcracker show. Molly was so excited to be a mouse. She loved getting a flower from her Daddy at the end too. Way to go Molly! We loved the show!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Botanical Gardens Aglow

We went to the Botanical Gardens and saw all the lights for our family night. It was beautiful. The lights we absolutely amazing and we were freezing! But it was totally worth it! I hope we go next year.

 

Happy Birthday Aaron

We celebrated Aaron's birthday by telling him 101 things that we love about him. We do you love you Aaron! Thanks for everything that you do for me and your beautiful family! You are the best! Happy Birthday!

Disney On Ice

We went to Disney on Ice. The girls absolutely loved it! This show was a princess one and so we saw The Princess and The Frog, Cinderella and Tangled. The girls were most excited to see the Tangled part of the show. I have to say that was also my favorite part of the show. It was really well done and it was a great family night out!

Halloween!

Halloween! We love Halloween at our house! This year the kids (or at least Molly) was pretty specific about what she wanted to be for Halloween. And as you can see that was a mermaid. Or more specifically a Barbie Mermaid. We had a delicious Halloween dinner with our friends and then we had a super fun Trunk-or-Treat at our ward building. Prizes were given out for the cars and we won! I don't remember what for!?! Then we went Trick-or-Treating around our neighborhood and kids got the best treat ever! One of our neighbors gave out lighted strobe swords. The kids were in heaven! Happy Halloween!

Boise Temple Open House

We were able to go to the Boise Temple Open House! It was made even more special because we had some great guests that came to stay with us. We had our nephew Stanford and his girlfriend Jen and My sister Amber and her friend Amanda. I loved going through the temple with my family. It was so special and beautiful. I loved being able to walk through the sealing room where Aaron and I were sealed together for time and all eternity. It was so special to see our childrens faces as they looked at the beautiful chandeliers and looked into the mirrors. What a special experience. I am so glad that we could share it with our family!

Pumpkin Time!

It's pumpkin picking time! We decided this year to go to Linder Farms to pick our pumpkins. I wanted the real go out in the field and pick your pumpkin experience! We found pumpkins and a lot of them. By the time we left it was dark and we had some heavy pumpkins to tote back to the car! The kids had a blast and I would totally go again!
